Telluride Publishing was founded in the winter of 1982/1983 when we produced the first issue of Telluride Magazine. Our publications are the best Telluride has to offer and hold a dedicated readership of locals and visitors alike. An award-winning publication, we have been recognized for excellence in printing, design and content.

Telluride Magazine has been on national newsstands since 1996, and is available in 23 states, at Denver International Airport, and at many locations and visitor centers in Colorado. With 30,000 printed copies circulated, Telluride Magazine is widely available to readers both locally and nationally. In Telluride, free copies are available in-room at all local lodging establishments, on magazine racks, in retail stores, at real estate offices and elsewhere around town.
Telluride & Mountain Village Visitor’s Guide was first published in 1987. It is the only publication in the region that is officially endorsed by the Telluride Tourism Board and is used as their primary marketing tool. Telluride Publishing produces 80,000 copies of the visitor’s guide, which is distributed locally and nationally. The guide markets the two towns as a premier travel destination, with feature stories and personal profiles as well as business listings and other information for visitors.
